- On Thursday, April 15, 2021, at 6:34 PM, I approached the restaurant. The exterior of the location was well lit and all lights were in working order. The restaurant signage was lit and visible. The parking area was litter-free, with the parking spaces clearly marked. The entrance doors were clean and free of dirt, build-up, and wear. The interior of the restaurant was well lit. The floors were clean and free of litter. The tables and chairs were clean and free of wear. My guest and I each checked a restroom, and both the men's and women's rooms were in good condition. They were well stocked with supplies and the toilets flushed properly. The stalls were in good condition and free of damage. The counters were wiped and the sinks were clean. The mirrors were free of smudges and watermarks. As I looked at the specials board inside the restaurant, I noted it was neatly maintained, well-presented, and current. The windows of the restaurant were clean and well kept. The TVs were on, and music played at a good level. All staff members wore clean, well-maintained uniforms with their name tags displayed.

- As I approached the counter at 6:35 PM, Jane immediately smiled, made eye contact, and greeted me with an upbeat and friendly, "Hello. How are you doing today? What can I get started for you?" She was neat in appearance and wearing a clean, well-maintained uniform. I told her I would like the bacon and chicken sandwich on white bread. I asked what my cheese options were, and she let me know I could choose American, Swiss, or provolone. I completed my sandwich order, and she attempted to up-sell my order by mentioning chips and a drink. I declined to add anything additional, and she thanked me for my order and rang it up. She gave me my total of $8.75, and I paid. She took my cash payment and counted back the correct change. She asked if I wanted to sign up for their email club, thanked me again for my order, gave me my order number, and told me my order would be ready in two minutes. The whole ordering process took only 45-seconds but I never felt rushed. When my order was ready in one minute, 30-seconds, Fred (male; black hair; 23 years old; 5'9" tall) called out my number. I approached and he handed me my sandwich in a neatly presented bag. He thanked me for visiting and invited me to return.

- Fred served me my chicken and bacon sandwich within the two-minute timeframe Jane quoted me. It was neatly wrapped up in a logo wrapper paper and presented in a clean logo-branded paper sack. The bread was nicely sliced with no jagged edges. It was soft and delicious. The sandwich was neatly made with the chicken, bacon, and cheese neatly stacked atop one another. The chicken was hot and nicely cooked. It was juicy and delicious. The bacon was crisp, hot, and very flavorful. The cheese I chose was fresh and complemented the bacon and chicken. The cheese was melted and gooey. I would definitely order this sandwich again.

- From the time I approached the clean, well-maintained, well-lit location to the time I departed, my experience was extraordinary. The exterior was extremely inviting and started my visit off great. The interior was equally as well maintained and continued to contribute to my fantastic experience. Jane was very friendly, helpful, polite, and engaging. She was knowledgeable and very hospitable. Fred was also very helpful and kind as he presented my meal. My sandwich was absolutely delicious and topped off the great visit. I would recommend this location to others based on the clean facility, the excellent customer service, and the tasty, fresh food.
